Rubber Profiles - Belt Fabrications

Mulhern Belting fabricates a wide range of rubber profiles for use on heavier belt specifications. Many of our Rubber Fabrications are hot vulcanized for the best bond possible. Filling out our Rubber Fabrication Specification Form is the best way to obtain a quote. Be sure to refer to the Minimum Recommended Pulley Diameter Chart before specing in a belt.

Compounds
Mulhern Belting's Rubber Profiles are primarily available in three compounds: SBR, MOR and EPDM.

Sidewall
We manufacture our rubber sidewall for fabrication or to be sold loose. Rubber sidewall can be made 1" to 8".

Moldable Cleat Patterns
Mulhern Belting can provide a wide variety of custom cleat configurations. Lug sizes range from 1/2" x 1/2" to 1" x 1". Call for exact specifications. Lugs can also be used as flanges or small cleats.
