Thermoplastic - Belt Fabrications
Mulhern Belting can fabricate different types of thermoplastic profiles on many of our lightweight belting stock. All of our thermoplastic profiles are available installed or sold loose by the foot or reel. Filling out our easy to use Thermoplastic Fabrications Form is the best way to obtain pricing for this style of fabrication. Be sure to refer to the Minimum Recommended Pulley Diameter before specing in a belt.
Compounds
Thermoplastic Profiles are principally available in three compounds; PVC, RAV, Urethane. Each compound has specific properties. Mulhern Belting carries many styles of Thermoplastic Profiles in many types of compounds.

This style cleat features a metal rod reinforcement to aid the belt in navigating transitions.

Curved Cleats
Any Tee Cleat can be fabricated in a curved configuration.
Chevron Pattern
Any Tee Cleat can be fabricated in a Chevron Pattern.
V-Guides
A full range of V-Guides are available for fabrication or sold loose.

Lugs
Lugs can be used to make straight cleats, create chevron style patterns, or as a straight edge flange.

Flanges
An edge flange runs along the edge of a belt. They can be siped to navigate a smaller pulley.
Thermoplastic Sidewall
Mulhern Belting fabricates Thermoplastic Sidewall in two varieties. Please fill out the Thermoplastic Fabrication Specification Form when specing in this style belt.

Weldwall Weldwall is welded directly onto the base belt and does not have a foot. Weldwall is available 1" - 3" high. |

Thermoplastic Sidewall Thermoplastic Sidewall has a foot which is welded onto the base belt. It is available in heights between 1/2" to 1-9/16" and at 2-3/8". |
